To apply to join the UK Listing of Mindfulness Teachers, please:

1. Read the whole online application form and relevant documents, including the UK Listing FAQs, the Good Practice Guidelines (GPG) for Teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses and the Good Practice Guidelines FAQs, available below.
2. Gather the information needed to complete the form.
3. Obtain Supervisor Supporting Statement - Supervisor Supporting Statement for UK Network Teacher Listing - Dec 18
4. Take any necessary action needed in order to comply with the GPGs, eg. further training, retreats, etc.
5. Download the Word Version of the Application Form in order to discuss answers with your supervisor.
6. Complete the Online Application Form.
